Services Rendered in Real Time: Truck dispatching, rate negotiations, administrative onboarding, and load bookings involve immediate labor and operational costs that cannot be reversed once performed.
All Plans Included: No refunds or credits are issued for: - Percentage commissions on booked loads. - Flat weekly dispatch fees (regardless of truck downtime, mechanical repairs, or market rate shifts). - Administrative, safety, IFTA, or specialized fleet services.
Cancellations: You may cancel or pause future dispatch services at any time with advance written notice before your next billing cycle. No pro-rated or retroactive refunds will be provided for past or active service periods.
